Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime
In the designer open My account → Cancel subscription, or cancel the automatic payment in your PayPal account. Cancelling stops all future charges. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then your account returns to the free features. Label files you saved stay on your computer.
14-day refund
If you are not satisfied, email info@gs1-code.app within 14 days of any payment (first payment or renewal) from the email address of your account. We refund that payment in full to the original PayPal payment method, usually within 5 business days, and end the Pro period it paid for. No reason required.
This refund window also covers the statutory withdrawal right for consumers in the EU and UK.
After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days are not refundable, except where required by law or if the Service was unavailable for a substantial part of the paid period.
Disputes
Please contact us before opening a PayPal dispute or chargeback — we resolve most issues within one business day.
