Print labels from Excel or Google Sheets

Turn every row of your spreadsheet into a label. Link columns to text, barcodes and QR codes, choose the rows you need and print hundreds of labels in a single job — no mail merge, no plug-ins.

How batch label printing works

  1. Design one label with placeholder text and a barcode.
  2. Connect your data: open an .xlsx, .xls or .csv file, or paste the "Publish to web → CSV" link of a Google Sheet.
  3. Link columns to elements — for example Name to the title, SKU to the barcode, Price to the price text.
  4. Preview any row on the canvas to check long names and numbers.
  5. Select rows (search, select all or pick individual rows) and print them all at once.

How many labels can I print at once?
