Pricing FAQ
How do I pay?
With PayPal or a debit / credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through PayPal checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card in most countries.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from My account in the designer. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
On how many devices can I use Pro?
On up to 3 browsers or devices at the same time. You can remove an old device from My account to free a slot.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — see the refund policy. If Pro does not work for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.
Do I keep my designs if Pro ends?
Label files you saved (.json) stay on your computer. You can keep designing and printing single labels for free.
